I need to find the silicon revision history for two TI clock parts.
1. CDCV304PW (Acitve device )
2. CKV304. I could also use a datasheet for CKV304. This doesn't come up in active parts.
thanks..

Hi Laurie,
the CKV304 is just a symbol you can find on the package of the CDCV304PW. This means that CDCV304PW and CKV304 are referred to the same clock part.
On the market there is just one silicon version of the CDCV304PW. In Y2000 we characterized and tested the device just for 3.3V and clock input up to 140MHz and later we characterized and tested the device for 2.5V and input frequency up to 200MHz as well. Therefore you may find two datasheet versions even if the silicon version is just one. Is there any further info that you need?
Best regards,
Leandro
