LMX2820: LMX2820

Hi Doron, 
I got maximum power in less than 10ns for RFout = 50 MHz when going from muted to unmuted. 
Are you using the LMX2820EVM or is this your own board? 
Do you have a series resistor on the Mute pin line?

The LMX2820 is on my own board.

I'm using a Microchip PIC32 microcontroller for programming and control the LMX2820.

There is no resistor between the PIC32 to the mute pin of the LMX2820.

Just for clarification, I have no issue with frequencies from 11.2GHz to 22GHz where its un-mute time is as specified (less than 200ns).

I have an issue only, below 11.2GHz (please find attached photo) where it takes the signal about 3us to reach its full power.

That is is definitely odd because like I mentioned, I achieved full power in the nanosecond range, def not the microsecond range. 

Light blue = clkout

dark blue = mute (going from 'H' -> 'L')

Can you provide your full programming/measurement procedure step by step?
