We use LMX2595, but we cannot control the output of 5G. Currently, we need it to output a clock of 5G
And can not be observed with high-end oscilloscope, according to the datasheet description process operation: configuration download read, LED light is not bright, please help to confirm what is the cause, how to solve it

I am not sure what GUI the first and third pictures are for can you elaborate?
I believe they must be some clock generator given the mention for EEPROM.
Nevertheless in regards to the RF synthesizer it is not locking.
Are you certain the 100 MHz reference to OSCIN is available become programming and VCO calibration? Can you connect reference to a signal analyzer and see correct frequency and power level?
If you load the default config can you achieve the 7000 MHz output on RFoutA?
If you do manage to achieve the frequency from the default config, simply type 5000 MHz in the RFoutA field and the GUI will adjust all other parameters accordingly.
Just be sure you're toggling the "FCAL_EN" button to start VCO calibration to lock to new desired frequency.
