Thermal expansion Alpha 1 and Alpha 2 are the CTE numbers.

Is there any qualification testing that was performed on LMK04832-SEP? I'm mostly interested in environmental data ( vibration, shock, thermal cycling) .

Since this is a plastic package, we do not perform shock and vibration testing. We do HAST and temp cycling.
