LMK04828: ZCU208 RFSoC - External 10 MHz Reference Clock

Good day. I am working with the AMD Xilinx ZCU208 RFSoC Development Kit, which has an LMK04828 that I am trying to interface to with an external Orolia SecureSync 2400 10 MHz reference clock. The ZCU208 does not seem to be locking to the reference. Can you provide some assistance to clarify how to interface the LMK04828 to our external 10 MHz source?

Andres,

I apologize for the delay. To ensure lock, you should first check your PLL divider settings to ensure lock is even possible. This can be done with our configuration software TICSPro. I have attached a tcs config file that should lock for your testing purposes.

If you could please specify:

Dual Loop (jitter cleaning) or single loop mode
VCXO Frequency (if applicable)
Desired Output Frequencies
A schematic showing how the LMK04828 is configured if possible
