CDCE6214: What is the register bit field for OE function

Hello,

When CDCE6213 is set as serial interface mode, OE1 input can't be used.
In this case, the same function can realize by setting a register bit field.
What register has the same function?

    R4 contains power-down bits for each individual output channel:

    The outputs can alternatively be muted individually with the corresponding CHx_MUTE bits:
