LMK61PD0A2: Unable to get output from SPI lines of Reference Pro of LMK61PDOA2 used along with LMX2595EVM.

When you say you're not able to see desired output are you trying to say the reference pro board doesn't output 100 MHz clk? 

Does TICSpro identify USB2ANY when you connect Reference pro board to LMX2595EVM board via 10 pin ribbon cable? 

Does loading the EVM default configuration work?

Yes, I have followed all the steps in the user guide and was getting output earlier, by output I meant the signal coming from the RFoutAP which is connected

to a spectrum analyzer. Earlier I was getting a peak at the frequency set in TICS Pro now we are not able to get that, that's why we went for testing the spi

lines of reference pro using a logic analyzer. While testing the spi lines we are not getting response from spi line for clock in reference pro. TICS pro is also

able to identify the USB2ANY.

Okay so you connect USB cable to reference pro board and you get the LEDs light up as follows: 

What are the jumper positions of reference pro board? Is FS0 & FS1 both set to '0'? Is OS and OE '0' & '1' respectively? 

You mentioned previously the device had an output, when this occurred was the LD led on the LMX2595EVM lit?

Yes, the LEDs are lighting up as mentioned and the jumper positions are set as mentioned by you. I am not sure if the LD led was lit up or not when I got the output. But even then, I am not able to get any clock signal from the SPI clock line of reference pro by using a logic analyzer.

Are you probing on the pins of the microcontroller? 

By chance would you have a discrete grey USB2ANY box?

No, I am probing the spi pins of reference pro and is not able to get response only from spi line for clock, I am able to get response from other spi lines such

as chip select and SDI(mosi). By discrete grey USB2ANY box did you mean USB2ANY interface adaptor? if yes I don't have any other than the 2 boards

(reference pro and LMX2595EVM).

Let me ensure we are both on the same page. 
You connect Ref pro board to PC via usb & D3 & D1 are lit. 

You open LMX2595 device profile in TICS pro and the GUI recognizes USB2ANY

But when you probe the pins on the ref pro board you don't seen any traffic? 

I have gone into lab and am testing ref pro board as above^ and see the following on scope when I write to all registers. 

SDI & CLk respectively.

Yes, it is exactly what I have done. But while probing I am not able to see any traffic from CLk. But I am able to see traffic from both SDI and CS SPI line.

I find it very odd you can only sea traffic on SDI but not Clk. 

I fear you might have a faulty ref pro board. 

Would you have an local FAE you can reach out to see if he can get you a new ref pro ?
