LMX2694EPEVM: SDK for the USB2ANY Device

We have two copies of the SDK floating around on E2E:

You can pick either one, it doesn't particularly matter which; TICS Pro uses a different firmware version from both, and there's no SDK version for that. The only major difference between existing firmware and TICS Pro firmware is that TICS Pro firmware includes a few more enum values for SPI control CSTYPE input, I think it's something like 5 for every four bytes and 6 for every three bytes, to speed up large register transactions (USB2ANY stashes the entire datastream in an HID packet header which is only 64 bytes, of which 16 bytes are taken for overhead - we only get 48 bytes of data per USB transaction, and those USB transactions are only every few ms. We used to only send three or four bytes at a time for each SPI transaction, now we send as many as we can fit and writing all registers goes 12x to 16x faster).

Also note that TICS Pro natively includes automation for a number of useful tasks such as setting or getting field values, register values, etc; this is done over a TCP server and we have python example code distributed with the binary (see C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\TICS Pro\TICSPro_TCP.py).
