Have you created the lookup table you require? 
You will need to program the device to all the frequencies you require, and for each frequency you will need to readback the VCO_CORE, VCO_CAPCTRL, & VCO_DACISET:

Remember to readback, MUXOUT must be set to '0' (readback)

as  listed we stored the relevant paramters.

how can I know that I can read the parameters after I change the registers r36 & r0 ?

I read  the VCO_CORE, VCO_CAPCTRL, & VCO_DACISET: parameters after I'm writing 

to R367&R0  (you can see the process above)

But the data received is not OK

Something is missing in the process.

I don't understand your question please elaborate further. 
Are you saying you program three values for CO_CORE, VCO_CAPCTRL, & VCO_DACISET respectively. 
& for sanity check you readback the register contents and do not read back the correct value, i.e. what you programmed?

this is the process:

x"240488"  - reg 36 chose the frequency

x"002414" - reg 0 enable readback

x"00241c" - reg 0 enable calibration

wait 200us for lock time

x"002414" - reg 0 enable readback

x"f00000" - read reg 112

x"ef0000" - read reg 111

x"ee0000" - read reg 110

for some reason the data read from reg 112,11,110,is not correct

I'm setting to PLL LOCK DETECT only for the period of 200us, to see if it is locked.

After I change the R0(2) to '0' inorder to read REG 110,111,112.

So before the readinf MUX_OUT should send out the data stored in those registers,

but for some reason there is a problem/

Are SPI readback timing requirements being met? The timing requirements are on page 12 of DS. 

Can you share a step by step procedure of how exactly you’re attempting to readback? You mention you change R0[2] to ‘0’ but in all steps you previously posted I see you write 0x002414
