LMK04832-SEP: TICS Pro Current Calculator Python Error

Part Number: LMK04832-SEP

I'm using TICS Pro v1.7.6.2, and the current calculator Python script errors out if any of the clocks have the "DCC & HS" option enabled on the Clock Outputs tab.  Is this a known bug in the tool?

Error Log:
[Warning]: Error in Flex Script DCLK12_13_HSg_PD
Python Error: DCLK12_13_HSg_PD
[Python]: Components in C:\ProgramData\Texas Instruments\TICS Pro\Configurations\Devices\Clock Generator-Jitter Cleaner (Dual Loop)\LMK04832-SEP\currentcalc.py: 1227, System.Object Run1[PythonFunction,Object](IronPython.Runtime.PythonFunction)

  • This is a pretty old bug. TICS Pro is on version 1.7.7.2 now, and this is a bug that has been fixed. I recommend downloading the newest version of the software if possible, as it includes an updated LMK04832-SEP profile.

If that's not an option for whatever reason, you can open up the file in the error message in any text editor and comment out lines 1227-1231 manually (stick a # at the beginning of the line).

Please also see this thread if you run into issues with the frequency planner. These bugs should be resolved in v1.7.7.3.
