Hi

For this development board, we downloaded the TICS Pro software, chose the LMK04828B chip, plugged in the connector, and connected the computer to the development board, but the connection couldn't be made all the time. Could you please help us confirm the cause, thank you

    Hello yianjiao,

    You need to update the firmware of the USB to any. On the USB2ANY on one of the shorter sides, there should be a tiny hole. While the USB2ANY is not connected to the computer, grab a sharp object and press that button and while pressing down on the button, connect the USB2ANY to the computer. Follow the prompts on the screen after. That should solve your issue and not make the screen pop again (or in a while).
