TLC555: TLC555 design rlated questions

When using the TLC555 in monostable mode, we recommend that the trigger pulse width should be at least 100ns.

Regarding #2, yes, you should be able to use a larger value for RA (like 20M ohm) with a 1uF timing capacitor for a longer output pulse duration.
