The default configuration for LMK61E08 is 70.656 MHz LVDS.

Yes, the LMK61E08 can be reprogrammed over I2C. We have a programming tool called TICS Pro (download link here: https://www.ti.com/tool/TICSPRO-SW) which can help generate the register configuration for a given output frequency and format.
If you want a constant 100 MHz LVDS clock and don't need a programmable option, you could also switch to LMK61A2-100M00 which should be compatible on the same footprint. Let me know if you have any other questions.
