Hi Bill,

The default configuration for LMK61E08 is 70.656 MHz LVDS.

Hi Connor,

Should we change this default clock when powering up? If possible, how can we do this?

In our project, the wanted clock is 100MHz LVDS.

Hi Brooke,

Yes, the LMK61E08 can be reprogrammed over I2C. We have a programming tool called TICS Pro (download link here: https://www.ti.com/tool/TICSPRO-SW) which can help generate the register configuration for a given output frequency and format.

If you want a constant 100 MHz LVDS clock and don't need a programmable option, you could also switch to LMK61A2-100M00 which should be compatible on the same footprint. Let me know if you have any other questions.
