Please let me confirm my understanding about SYSREF to Device Clock Alignment.

1. Looking at the datasheet 9.3.4 SYSREF to Device Clock Alignment, this mentions that SYSREF and the device clock need to be adjusted. Is these adjustmet for JESD204B Subclass 1?

2. I think the video below expalins why the adjsutment is required. Is this correct?

3. The amount of the adjustment is determined by device clock frequency, hold time and setup time. And the hold time and setup time can be different depending on data converters. Is this correct?
