Hello,

Any document which gives clear information on the power consumption and temperature generated on the LMK1D1216 die when all the 16 outputs are enabled for 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V?

Chetan,

There is no specific document, but the datasheet gives us enough information to do a decent estimation.

The datasheet lists current consumption in section 7.5 for all outputs enabled, but only for 1.8V. The datasheet also shows us in section 7.6 that a higher VDD causes higher current draw.

From this can estimate power consumption. Next to estimate temperature we can use one of the thermal metrics listed in section 7.4 to estimate the case temperature for example.

Thank you Will, So I can assume that for 1.8V VCC, component will dissipate less power compare to 3.3V
