Customer encountered a problem with the charge pump when using LMX2571. The specific situation is as follows:
Register configuration process:
1. First configure all registers, and configure the pump current to the maximum level;
2. 1.5ms after the configuration is completed, configure the pump current register again, and configure a smaller pump current at this time. (The charge pump supply voltage is between 4.3-5V)
Using the same configuration method, different situations may occur sometimes. Figure 1 is a normal operation, and CV can change quickly; Figure 2 is an abnormal situation, and CV changes very slowly. It is suspected that the maximum pump current was configured for the first time and did not work. (Blue: CV Green: LE Yellow: LD) What is the possible reason for this situation?
