May I know if LMK03328 EEPROM has default value? If yes, do you have default EEPROM code could share to us? And also, do you know how can register value converts to EEPROM file? Customer would like to know the relationship on it. Thanks a lot!

The core default EEPROM behavior is described in the datasheet, in Section 10.5.9 Default Device Configurations in EEPROM and ROM. The mapping of each register to the corresponding EEPROM field on each page is provided in Section 10.7 EEPROM Map.
