Do you have the VOL data at different current test conditions? In DS, the max value is 0.66V, while my customer needs it < 0.35V, does lower IOL means lower VOL? If yes, what's the max allower IOL to make sure VOL<0.35V?

Hi Yang,
I measured a 25MHz variant of LMK6C on our EVM, and VOL is very close to 0V as expected. When I used the scope's 1M Ohm internal termination, the average VOL was around -65mV. With the scope's internal 50 Ohm termination, I measured about -2mV. The customer may see slightly different results based on the termination, load capacitance, impedance matching etc. in their system. However, I would expect they should have plenty of margin below 0.35V. Let me know if this helps
