Tool/software:
Hi,
We have promoted LMK5B33216 to customer before, now we are considering LMK5C33216 or LMK5C33216A.
I want to know what is the difference between LMK5C33216,LMK5B33216 and LMK5C33216A.
Is there any system difference by using these three devices?
Any power assumption difference?
Thank you
Yishan Chen
Hi Yishan ,
If choosing between the LMK5C33216 and LMK5C33216A, we recommend the "A" version.
The "A" version is the latest silicon and is more register/device compatible to the LMK5B33216 than the "non-A". Compared to the "non-A", the "A" version has improvements with the common-mode voltage and APLL2 spurs.
The LMK5C parts are geared for wireless comm. use a 2457.6 MHz BAW VCO for APLL3 whereas the LMK5B parts are geared for wired comm and use a 2500 MHz BAW VCO for APLL3.
Overall, the three parts are mostly similar.
Regards,
Jennifer
Hi Jennifer,
Do we have more detailed materials about these three parts?
Also, what about power consumption? Any power consumption improvements on A version?
Thank you,
Yishan Chen
Hi Yishan ,
There is no significant power consumption improvement with the A version.
Can you please clarify what details are needed beyond the datasheet files?
Is the customer looking to switch between non-A to A?
Regards,
Jennifer
