CDCLVD1204: Buffer is not working properly.

Tool/software:

The input from the Clock buffer is going in correctly.
But the out comes out all squashed.
The SMT doesn't seem to have any problems...

The same thing happened to all four outputs.
I removed the buffer chip and soldered the input signals directly to the pads.
It works...
You have determined that the buffer chip is not working properly.
What could be the problem>?

okay. We need to make it with dc-coupling. I'm going to write it with tx_sync clock on tx7516.

Sorry for the long delay. Your input looks correct. Some questions:

Is the "squash" only appearing on the first pulse?

What frequency are you running at?

Is there a termination resistor at your output? If not what is the termination in the probe/scope?

Is the blue line the power supply?
