The MXL7630S-AQF-R supports PMBus but it does not support SVI3, which is a high-speed direct interface similar to Intel's SVID.

For PMBus 1.3, I can recommend:

TPS546x24A or TPS546x24S families (A, B, and D for 10A, 20A, and 40A)

TPS546x25 (C or E for 25A, and 50A)

If you need a device with an SVI3 interface, I will connect you with the team which supports those products.
