It is mentioned in the datasheet that the multiplication is done using PLL. Is there additional information regarding this PLL? such as PFD frequency, R and N dividers, etc.
I assume that the loop has a phase frequency detector, and it doesn't go up to 12GHz, so some dividers are used. In that case The multiplied clock might have random phase per each power cycle. Is that the case?
