LMX1214: Input clock IO Standard

Hi,

1) What are the IO standards supported by Differential reference input clock (CLKIN_P/N) - CML/LVDS/both?

2) If I need to interface LMX2582's RF_P/N with LMX1214's DIN+/-, is any AC capacitor required in line?
