LMX2594: Low output power from PLL.

Tool/software:

In my application I need to generate a 12.5GHz tone but I need a higher output power. According to the datasheet this device can go higher in power. Does anyone know what to do or check to solve this issue?

Hi Cristian,

For the RFout pull up, you can achieve higher RFpower by having an inductive pull up at the cost of matching.

This can be found on page 60 of DS.
