LMX2820: Is it possible to use a sine wave (100MHz) with an amplitude of 0.6Vpp as the OSCIN clock source?

Part Number: LMX2820

Tool/software:

Dear Specialists,

My customer is considering LMX2820 and has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

---

Could you please tell me the specifications of the OSCIN pin of the LMX2820?

On page 15 of the LMX2820 datasheet  7.3.1 Reference Oscillator Input, it says that in the single-ended case,
CMOS clock or XO (crystal oscillator) can be used.

For our current design, we are considering inputting a single-ended sine wave (100MHz) with an amplitude of 0.6Vpp.

Can this be used as a clock source?

---

I appreciate your great help in advance.

Best regards,

Shinichi
