TRF3765: Creating a chirp signal 0.8-1.7 GHz with around 1ms duration.

Part Number: TRF3765
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMX2491

Tool/software:

Hi,

I need to create a repeated chirp signal with frequencies from around 0.8-1.7 GHz with duration around 1 ms, similar to what is used in FMCW radars.  Triangle wave frequency signal would be ideal.  I was using a DAC to drive a VCO but I had issues with the non-linearity of the DAC.

I did look into TRF3765 but I don't know if is the most suitable solution.

Any suggestion is welcomed.

Best regards
