CDCM6100XEVM: Layout files available?

Tool/software:

I do not see a suggested layout in the CDCM61004 datasheet. Are the Gerbers available for the EVM board? Mostly concerned with the preferred placement of the REG1/2 caps and arranging pullups/pulldowns for OS/OD/PR lines around the bypass caps.
