I have just installed TICS-PRO v.1.7.7.5 on Windows 10. When starting it stalls at ...Loading LMK3H0102. I suspect that this might be due to the inability to write to the documents folder after reading TICSPRO-SW: GUI Interface not loading - Clock & timing forum - Clock & timing - TI E2E support forums. My organisation has made the documents folder read-only to force the use of cloud based storage. Is there a way round this please?

Can you provide a screenshot of exactly where in the loading process it gets stuck (this will let me know if it is on a flex page, or before the loading of any pages).

I will check on if the USB2ANY Documents folder issue has been resolved.

The USB2ANY DLL writing to the Documents folder is not something that we are able to change at this time. Is there any way to receive access to the Documents folder, similar to the thread that you linked previously?

Finding and eliminating every instance of the USB2ANY DLL attempting to log activity was quite a challenge, but I think I found a way to suppress these log messages and access to the Documents folder. Please try replacing C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\TICS Pro\USB2ANY.dll with the DLL in the zip file below. If it works for you, I'll update subsequent releases of TICS Pro to include this file.
