Hi Tony,
We dont have Spice models we offer IBIS models of our devices - this can be found on device homepage under design tools and simulation.

Hi Vicente,

We saw that ibis model. We're running the Signal Integrity simulation for jitter analysis. The ibis model can order provide the accuracy in the order of ps while the SPICE model supports accuracy down to fs. Per the datasheet, the max additive RMS Jitter @ 100MHz is 115fs. The ibis model doesn't really help.
