Hi TI Team
below is the answer TI sent last fiiday relative to Rth junction case (bottom): (email from Anass Mrabett, TI, France)
So we read 34°C/W for Rthjunction case (bottome) while detailed spec (smd) and datasheet mentioned 13.4°C/W?
could you clarified the difference?
thanks
Hi Pascal,
To ensure I understand correctly - you're measuring 34 deg C/W.
How exactly are you measuring this?
There is a thermal packing metric appnote: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spra953d/spra953d.pdf?ts=1727127586302

Vicente
Please note the numbers in the DS are modeled and not actually measured.
