Tool/software:
In my experimental setup, I was trying to directly force a voltage of 3.3V to the digital pins- CS# (chip select) and CE (Chip enable) of an unassembled PLL chip. Unexpectedly, I'm observing a voltage drop of about 1.5V and a current of about 1.5 mA is being drawn by the pins (according to datasheet, they CS# should not draw more than25 uA). I checked it for all the ICs in the lot, and unfortunately each of them is showing the same behavior. Could you please help me in this regard?
