In the SYSREF function, the typical step size of the delay circuit is 9ps. how much fluctuation is there at high and low temperatures? For example, if I set a 900ps delay at 25°C, then how much deviation will occur between -40°C and 85°C.

I have the data for LMX2820. The variation in LMX2594 should be similar as the sysref design is almost the same.

I see that the sysref delay mode of lmx2594 and lmx2820 is basically the same.
Why is lmx2820 described as phase shift? The delay time is related to frequency.
But lmx2594 delay step size is 9ps ,does lmx2594 works at different frequencies is 9ps delay step size always?

x-axis represents the programming code: 0 to 251.
Step size of each code depends on VCO frequency. 9ps in LMX2594 applies to a specific configuration (fvco = 14GHz, IncludedDivide = 4, SYSREF_DIV_PRE = 4)
