Hi,

I am using 100nF 0402B104K160CT decoupling cap for clock buffer voltage pins.

Is this part, ok? or is any special type of Wideband capacitor required?

Please share details on the same.

    Hi Nandini,

    If your application operates at specific frequency only, you don't need to use wideband capacitors. 

    The advantage of wideband capacitor is we don't need to worry what capacitance is appropriate for the application. 

    it is up to you, whether you want to trim the capacitance at you application frequency or simply use a wideband capacitor to reduce design effort.
