    Yingjiao,

    The default operational mode for Page 0 of the EEPROM is 4x 100MHz LP-HCSL outputs using a 25MHz XTAL as an input. If the device is configured according to this schematic, this is the expected behavior. This output can be measured on an oscilloscope.
