TPS63700: Replacement for LM2662M

Hi,

LM2662M has reached EOL and we have replaced it with LM2660MX. However, the LM266x lineup is a bit of a legacy product, so from the perspective of supply, we would like to consider a new product group for future new designs. Could you recommend a product with the following specifications?

- Input voltage: +2.5V
- Output voltage: -2.5V
- Output current: 0.2A
- Switching frequency: Approximately 150kHz

TPS63700 and LMR70503 are considered as replacement candidates, but it has been quite a while since these products were released. Since we place importance on long-term supply, we would prefer a new 300mm factory production or a product as new as possible.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I am afraid both TPS63700 and LMR70503 can't satisfy your requirement due to minimum input voltage is higher than 2.5V. 

    BTW, you can also use one LV Buck device as inverting buck-boost solution to get the negative output. Below is the app note for your reference. And please post a new thread including one LV Buck device, for example TPS628301, then the expert from Buck team will help recommend the suitable new 300mm product.
