LMK1D1208: Inquiry Regarding LMK1D1208 Buffer Output Issues

This is definitely odd. 
Does the receiver have internal 100Ohm differential termination for all the outputs? I don't see that in the schematic.

The receiver is an SFP, which has an internal impedance of 100 ohms for matching. I believe the issue does not lie here; if there were an impedance mismatch, the result would likely be either a complete signal output or none at all, rather than a situation where only partial data is received.

Yes, this is currently the case on all boards (4).I emailed you a month ago but didn't receive a response. Recently, when I was looking at the LMK1D1208 evaluation board user manual (pictured), I found an interesting problem where the outputs 0, 2, 5, and 7 in the figure did not seem to be the same as the other four outputs. For example, the ENOUT, NC, SCL, SDA are not in outputs 1, 3, 4, and 6, and these four are not described in the device manual

Output 0,2,5,7 is not, output 1,3,4,6 is normal, which corresponds exactly with the presence or absence of SCL, SDA, NC, ENOUT
