As shown in the diagram, t1 and t2 represent the delays from the rising edge of SYSREF to the rising edge of RFOUTA, with t1 and t2 both approximately equal to 150–200 ps, and t1 + t2 = 333 ps. Under high and low temperatures, will t1 and t2 change significantly due to delay variation? Is it possible for t1 or t2 to become very small, for example, less than 50 ps?
