I tried to use the LMX 2571EVM board to test the lock time in the internal VCO mode, and the instrument used was E5052A. I have the following questions:
1. Which pin of the chip should I use to get the trigger signal for testing the lock time?
2. During the lock time test, how is the output frequency switched? I noticed that there are two ways of F1/F2 SWITCH CONTROL, F1F2_SEL bit and TrCtl pin. Can they both be used as frequency switching to test the lock time?
