    Hi Archie, 

    The rise/fall time data for HCSL is similar to the LVPECL variants (120ps typical). It can also be calculated using the slew rate. For example, if a typical differential slew rate is 7V/ns and the typical swing is 2*750mV = 1500mV, then 20%-80% rise/fall time should be around  (0.8 - 0.2) * (750mV) / (7V/ns) = 129ps.
