Regarding ②electrode plating thickness (from the substrate), the LMX2694-EP Reliability Report (Rev. A) states that the termination finish is NiPdAu-Ag, but could you please tell me the thickness of each of the Ni, Pd, Au, and Ag?

Thickness is Ni 0.25µm, Pd 0.005µm, and AuAg 0.005µm.
