The data sheet for LMK1D1212 and LMK1D1216 provides phase noise and additive jitter numbers for 156.25MHz signal. Are there data for 400MHz? Is there a way to estimate additive jitter or phase noise at 400MHz from the available data?

Hi Genrikh,

I have attached two phase noise measurements. The first is the baseline measurement - it is the phase noise plot of the output from an SMA100 signal generator.

The second is the measurement from the output of the LMK1D1216EVM.

The additive jitter of the LMK1D1216 at 400 MHz can be calculated as 59.64 fsec RMS, from 12 kHz to 20 MHz.
