The TLC556 datasheet has nothing about Monostable mode!!

    Hello Andy,

    You are correct, the waveforms and formulas are for astable mode only.
    In monostable mode, the capacitor voltage will generally start from 0V.

    The information in the NE555 data sheet on page 9 and the top half of page 10 can be used for the TLC556.
