Hi team,

When customer programming setting on internal EEPROM of CDCE6214, what tool can be used? Does TI provide any writer similar as MSP-GANG for MSP, or should customer buy general writing tool in the market? Do TI have recommended writer?

Hayashi,

We recommend using our TICSPro software to program the EEPROM, which may require a USB2ANY device. However if you have a preferred I2C writing tool, you should be able to use that as well.

When customer is in production phases, is there more convinent way to programme device in factory?

Hayashi,

Many of our customers will use a third party programming house to mass program these devices. This will require you to provide them with the desired EEPROM config file and our datasheet which contains the programming instructions.
