I recently purchased an LMK3H0102EVM board and installed the TICS Pro 2 software. I intend to use 125MHz outputs with or without SSC DC coupled to OUT1p/n. When I connect the EVM via USB on J19 I see LED D5 illuminate. I verified the jumpers are all set to i2c mode. However the software always reports i2c error.

When I did a scan of the bus it does not see a device. ------------------------------

I dont have a scope to verify he default 100M is coming out yet.

Any suggestions on why TICS Pro 2 doesn't see my EVM board?

It may be possible that there is an issue with the USB2ANY firmware on that specific board.

Try downloading the USB2ANY SDK and see if the USB2ANY on the board is recognized: https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers-group/amplifiers/f/amplifiers-forum/799340/usb2any-usb2any-use-usb2any-dll-in-own-software-gui-project

If it is recognized, then there will be an option to update the firmware. After this is complete, TICS Pro may additionally prompt for another firmware update. If so, this should also be performed.
