Hi TI Team!

for device LMK5B12204, the planned output formats are:
OUT0: LVDS (differential)
OUT1: 1,8V LVCMOS (single ended)
OUT2: 1,8V LVCMOS (single ended)
OUT3: 1,8V LVCMOS (single ended)

I have two questions please with focus on the application mentioned above:
1) Is it sufficient to supply all VDDO_0/1/2/3 each with 1,8V?
2) Is it allowed to supply all VDDO_0/1/2/3 each with 3,3V?

    Hi Martin,

    1. For the above format list, all VDDO supplies can be configured as 1.8V.
    2. For the above format list, all the VDDO supplies can be configured as 3.3V too; however, the LVCMOS outputs (per note 2 of the datasheet image below) will not be exactly 1.8V (will be a bit higher, around 2V due to the LDO drop out voltage). If 1.8V LVCMOS output is desired, I recommend routing 1.8V to either all supplies or just VDDO_1, VDDO_2, and VDDO_3.
