Hi Jeff,
This is an older device and unfortunately we don't seem to have this information.

When I check on qualification summary it simply reverts me back to the DS.

I can check with product engineering team to see if they have this information.

We have qual passing data for 1kV CDM & 3kV HBM according to our PE team.
