    Hello Donna,

    If you mean voltage, absolute maximum is 18V per 5.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings Table.  Otherwise the power is heat and internal temperature must not exceed 150C per same table.

    The power that makes that temperature is based on application thermal performance and application temperature. See table 5.4 Thermal Information for typical thermal performance.  There is a link in footnote 1 for more information in that table.
