We have one question.  Could you please let us know the reason why to require output capacitance as the following red circles?

    Hattori-san,

    These capacitors are required only if the receiver that the CDCE6214 is clocking requires an AC-coupled input. Otherwise, they are not needed. This fully depends on the specification of the receiver.
