Tool/software:

I would like suggestion for modelling the RF outputs in order to optimise ouput circuits.

At the time being we are biasing by 18nH inductors to achieve higher level but harmonincs are to high.

    Hi Alessandro,

    We don't have high frequency model for this device.

    Harmonics are normal, especially when the output is divided down from VCO. External filter is recommended in order to reduce harmonics.
