LMKDB1120: power down tolerant

Part Number: LMKDB1120
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMKDB1113, LMKDB1112, LMKDB1108, LMKDB1104, LMKDB1102

Tool/software:

Hi team,

For below buffer, which can support power down tolerant? PDT stands for power down tolerance, which is usually added to input pins. When the IC is powered off and voltage is applied to these input pins, the buffer will not be affected.

  • Hi Naizeng,

The LMKDB1112 and LMKDB1113 have not been released yet. However, the others are power down tolerant (the LMKDB1112 and LMKDB1113 should be when they release, too). Furthermore, they each feature a PWRGD/PWRDN# pin, which will hold the device in a power down state until a low-to-high (although wiring the pin high upon device power up will make the device functional), and can return the device to a power down state upon a future low-to-high transition.

    Thanks,

    Michael
